Monthly Owner Statement
SouthPaw Residential’s monthly cash flow statement allows property owners to regulate income and expenditures in an organized manner. End of the year statements and tax statements are offered as well.
Legal Mitigation
Any and all legal mitigation in terms of upholding lease agreements and non-payment of rent.
Collect Checks
At the end of each month, SouthPaw mails or direct deposits an owner’s rental income proceeds directly to that owner with a monthly income statement.
